Peekaboo Animals in the Forest Examine App

I bought all the animals on my iphone but it wont work on my ipad! That isnt right! I tried settings but the message keeps saying "in app purchase is not allowed." Im frustrated. And I tried to send support an email and the app wouldn't let me.

Excellent application for kids.
